It’s all systems go for the new community centre/clubhouse at Kingswood Golf Estate
On 1 September 2025, Kingswood Golf Estate will launch its spectacular new community centre/clubhouse that is under construction. Kingswood residents and golf patrons will be welcomed into state-of-the-art facilities featuring a brand new restaurant, a golf pro shop, new golf carts, a golfers’ area complete with a bar and lounge, a halfway house, locker rooms, a stunning outdoor patio and a children’s play area.
Kingswood's vision is to be the preferred, secure, family-friendly residential golf estate on the Garden Route. The completion of the new exquisite facilities for residents and golf patrons will significantly enhance the golfing experience at Kingswood and will also contribute to the overall attractiveness of George as part of the golfing experience on the Garden Route.
With effect from 1 September 2025, all golfing activities (including golf operations) at Kingswood will be conducted by Kingswood HOA Properties (Pty) Ltd via the new golf club, which will also shortly be registered with the Southern Cape Golf Union/GolfRSA. It will therefore be necessary for all golfers wishing to be members of the new Kingswood Golf Club (whether members at Kingswood or otherwise) to join the new golf club with effect from September 2025.

It is our prime objective to ensure that all golf patrons using the new Kingswood facilities will experience something entirely new and different, a golfing experience of which we, as the new golfing operator, and all members, will be enormously proud.
A ‘members only’ golf day will be held on Saturday, 6 September 2025. Only golfers who have joined the new Kingswood Golf Club will be eligible to book or play golf on that day.
Those wanting to make golf reservations or bookings pertaining to golf, in respect of any date from 1 September onwards, or wishing to advance the process of applying for membership at the new Kingswood Golf Club, can do so by communicating with golfbookings@kingswood.co.za by email.
